Project: Development of an orally adminsterable insulin mimetic

Supervisors: Erik Helmehorst, Mauro Mocerino and Andrew Rohl

Project Aim: This project is in collaboration with The Western Australian Biomedical Research Institute (WABRI) and Wayne Best of the Chemistry Centre (WA). The project's aim is to design, synthesise and bioassay compounds that are believed to have potential as an orally administerable antidiabetic drug.
